1- All Items are shipped in 1-2 business days
2- if an item is out of stock, customer will be contacted and provided with ETA and given the choise of replacement product or a refund.
3- We will only refund if the item is not available in stock
4- Faulty / Defective items will be replaced.
5- If you decide that the item is not suitable for your needs and still have the original packaging and the packaging is intact, we will refund the item @ 20% restocking fee.
6- Orders are shipped Via couriers (Couriers please / Toll) or Australia Post Registered or express.
7- You will be provided with courier website, phone number and tracking number when your order is shipped.
